Cancellation of a tutoring session: Customers may cancel a tutoring session 24 hours before the scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances: • Technical issues or system errors that prevent the customer from participating in the session • The tutor is unable to attend the scheduled session • Dissatisfaction with the tutor's performance during the session Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the tutoring session. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
